Rancho Gabriela is in South Surprise and has a portion of the HOA north of Cactus Road and West of North Bullard Ave, and shares a square mile with Marley Park. The rest of Rancho Gabriela is South of Cactus Road and North of Peoria Ave, with North Reems boardering on the west and North Bullard boardering on the east.
Rancho Gabriela boasts homes from as small as 1500 sq feet to over 3000 sq feet. There are a good mix of one story and two story homes as well. Some homes have very small yards (under 7500 sq feet) and some boast over 15000 sq feet.
There are three smaller gated areas in Rancho Gabriela as well. The gated communities are typically larger homes with larger lots, although there is some variety with the homes.
At the intersection of Reems and Cactus, there is a shopping plaza that currently has a Kohl’s department store, a Chase bank and a Wendy’s fast food restaurant. There is lots of space for further development.
Rancho Gabriela also has a variety of parks, greenspace, walking trails, soccer fields, basketball courts and volleyball courts for the outdoor adventurer.
At the center of the Rancho Gabriela Development is a K-8 Elementary School, Rancho Gabriela Elementary, which is part of the Dysart Unified School District.
The Southeast part of the 1 square mile block that encompasses Rancho Gabriela has a private storage facility (Gabriela Mini Storage) and Christ’s Church of The Valley, a Christian Church that has 6 campuses valley wide.
